Descubre los premiados de los NME Awards 2013

Como cada año lo más granado del indie británico y buena parte del internacional se cita en los premios de la New Musical Express, también como cada año gran parte de los grandes nombres se queda sentado en su silla, viendo a bandas como Palma Violets recoger premios a mejor promesa o como Matt Bellamy suma la enésima estatuilla del dedo mal educado. Estos han sido los premiados en esta edición.

GodLike Genius

Ha sido el héroe de la noche, ante el que giraban todos los focos, el mejor guitarrista de su generación, el exSmith, Johnny Marr. Ha recibido el Godlike Genius y se ha marcado un directo espectacular. Se ha buscado  a uno de los mejores socios  posibles, el Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood, g que junto a Weller ha sido el único que le discutía algo de protagonismo a Marr.
Ambos han tocado 'How Soon Is Now'.

Best British Band

 Biffy Clyro

Best International Band

Parece que no están muy candentes pero The Killers han salido elegidos.

Best Solo Artist 

Florence + The Machine tiene absolutamente rendida a crítica y público en UK.

Best New Band 

Palma Violets son los niños mimados de NME, otro ejemplo. El cantante ha salido borracho perdido y ha agradecido de corazón al sello Rough Trade la oportunidad.

Best Live Band

Han compartido escenario con Lady Gaga pero siguen teniendo el toque; The Rolling Stones

Best Album
The Maccabees se han llevado el gato al agua con 'Given To The Wild'

Best Track
Pensabamos que era una de las peores del albúm de Foals pero 'Inhaler' ha sido la elegida.

Dancefloor Anthem 

Un combo de garantías, Calvin Harris feat. Florence – 'Sweet Nothing'

Worst Band 

One Direction, le arrebata el premio a Muse, Mumford & Sons, Alt-J y Justin Bieber y Ed Sheeran. Uno de los premios más disputados.

Best Fan Community  

Puede que sean adolescentes, pero los fans Muse son muy leales.

Best Film
El Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, ni Argos ni Hanekes que valgan.

Hottest Man
Puedes que dudes de su estilo como compositor, pero parece que Matt Bellamy (Muse) es un cassanova. 

Hottest Woman
La cantante de Evanescence, Amy Lee, se ha llevado el premio a buenorra del año.
